The City of Salem hired North Santiam Paving for the project and stipulated that they wanted courts built to the most stringent tournament specifications, while meeting all current ADA requirements for wheelchair accessibility. 

Orchard Heights Park had an existing tennis complex that had deteriorated past it’s useful life. NSP completely rebuilt the entire complex that now includes 4 tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, an outdoor basketball court, new drainage systems and new sidewalks.
