DAS Parking Lot & EV Charging Upgrades

Orchard Heights Park Tennis Courts
NSP completely rebuilt the entire tennis complex at Orchard Heights Park in Salem. This now includes 4 tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, an outdoor basketball court and new sidewalks.
Mill Creek Corporate Center – “A Street”
NSP managed the prep and development of 25-acres of the Mill Creek Corporate Center for what ultimately will house a total of six light industrial buildings, providing approximately 395,000 square feet of occupancy space at completion
Blanchet Catholic School Multipurpose Field & Track
NSP was the site work contractor on Blanchet’s new multipurpose field & track project which included new track, new turf field, new parking lots and more.
City of Salem – Madrona Ave Reconstruct
North Santiam Paving completed a major reconstruction of Madrona Ave at it’s intersection with McGhilcrest and Airport Rd.
OSU – Student Experience Center
North Santiam Paving is doing the site development on Oregon State University’s new Student Experience Center.
Garmin Engineering Annex
North Santiam Paving is performing the site development and paving at Garmin’s new engineering annex.
Capitol Auto Group
North Santiam Paving performed all of the paving and most site development work on Capitol Auto Group’s new dealership in Salem.
